We define and design our selves not only to represent the end users but also understand client needs hence our assessment and strategic guidance team with its rich knowledge and using Proprietary ProBase (our process base) we provide independent UAT, Test Management and Consulting services to the SMEs.

User Acceptance Tests:
Acceptance tests are the means of validating the product against requirements laid by the customers or business team. Often these requirements are misinterpreted and misunderstood with the delivery team to system or functional requirements. This is the point where Kricon helps the customer to evaluate the product quality and its reliability using which the acceptance can be decided.

Test Management:
with rich and diverse industry experience working with an overall 158 clients across the globe as managers.
Our test managers have experience in managing multiple teams across multiple geographies in varying time zones with different products.
Our test managers have an individual excellence in the field of test strategy and management. We have managed projects with 2 test resources to 254 test resources. Often test management is compromised in the project executions. It is conceptualized to be worked with Project managers or test leads who often take up the test management usually built in as Oversight but at Kricon we have stringent norms to test management which are important for any product to provide the right strategy and planning.
We have reusable asset library but test management is not reusable across all projects as we see every project has unique characteristics which sets it apart from other and hence unique all together.
